Grant by dominus William Cole, canon of the Free Royal Chapel of Windsor, to Nicholas Clerke, of New Windsor, of a messuage with a garden adjacent in Eton between the land sometime of William Rolf on one side and the King's way on the other and between the land of the said William Rolf on the south and the path leading towards the rectory of Eton on the north. To hold in perpetuity from the chief lords of the fee for the services due.
