Grant by John Mayer, of Eton, to William Mayer, his son and heir, citizen and chandler of London, of all his lands and tenements in Eton and New Windsor which John Russell once held, and the reversion of a tenement in Eton which Agnes Russell, late the wife of the said John, now holds together with Richard Straunton for their lives, between the tenement of Thomas Peete on the north and that of the heirs of Nicholas Waddon on the south, abutting on the garden of the heirs of John Spraket on the west and the King's way called Eton strete on the east.
To hold in perpetuity from the chief lords of the fee for the sevices due.
