Letters patent appointing John Kette, clerk, and William Lynde as attorneys to receive from William Whaplade, Nicholas Clopton and John Faryndon full seisin of a curtilage in Eton on the north side of the cemetery of the Collegiate church, containing 60 feet in length and 30 feet in breadth, called Hundercombesgardyne.
