Quitclaim by John Heynes of Eton and Joan, his wife, who was the wife of John Northfolk, deceased, to Edward Northfolk, son and heir of the said John Northfolk of all their right in a messuage and nine acres in Eton which the said John Northfolk had from John Selman of Porteworthy and Richard Stranton of New Windsor.

(2) 12mm. I with a sprig on either side, and a ? crown above.
