Grant by Edward Northfolk to Thomas Jourdelay, of Eton, of a messuage and 9 acres of arable in Eton which came to him by heredity at the death of John Northfolk, his father, and by release of John Heynes, groom of the King's chamber, and Joan, his wife, late the wife of John Northfolk, his father. To hold in perpetuity from the chief lord of the fee for services due.
Witnesses: Master William Westbury, Provost of Eton, John Smyth, stonecutter, of the same, Richard Profyt, Thomas Hynderlyng, dyer, Thomas Peet.
