Content description
Bond by Edward Northfolk to Thomas Jourdelay, of Eton, in £20, payable at Easter next. The condition is that if the present wife of the said Edward shall survive him and shall in no way claim as dowry a messuage and 9 acres of arable in Eton, lately alienated to the said Thomas by the said Edward, then the bond shall be void.
