Grant by Hugh Northfolk to William Westbury, Provost, and the College, of a messuage and a curtilage and garden appurtaining in Eton, lying between the land of the said Provost and College on the south and a messuage of Richard Spraket on the north in breadth and abutting from the King's way to the dike (foveam) called Casteldich. To hold in perpetuity from the chief lords of the fee for the service due.
