Lease by Henry Bolley, of New Windsor, gentleman, to Roger Bulstrode, gentleman, of his meadow or pasture called Brocas crofte in the parish of Eton. From Michaelmas last for four years. Rent for the two first years a red rose at the Nativity of St John, if required, and for the two last years 5 marks.
The lessors will maintain all hedges and fences and perform all services due to the crown and the chief lords of the fee.
