Grant by Henry Bolley, gentleman, son and heir of Robert Bolley and Agnes, his wife, to John Steward, William Blakeman, citizens and chandlers of London, John Elryngton, senior, and Robert Forster of a meadow or pasture called Brocas Croft, and a parcel of a meadow or pasture called Bradmere containing 10 acres, a piece of pasture and an acre of arable in Middill Forlond, a garden late in the tenure of Henry Hunte, another garden lying next le Westmyll next the King's way there late in the tenure of Thomas Jourdelay, another garden lying next Brocas Croft, a parcel of land called Westhawe containing 6 acres, all in the parish of Eton, and 2s rent issuing from a tenement of Richard Spragate lying at the end of the bridge there, and all other his lands and tenements in the said parish. To hold in perpetuity from the chief lords of the fee for the customary services. Appointment of attorneys to deliver seisin.
