Indenture of lease by George Rotherham, gentleman, of co. Bedford, to John Pury, of Windsor, yeoman, of a piece of meadow ground on the south side of the south field of the parish of Eton, abutting on the "eght" sometime of the abbey of Burnham on the east, the Thames on the south and west and "the mylne brooke" on the north. From Michaelmas last for 40 years. Rent £6 13s 4d.
