Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Anthony Waterman, of Eton, chandler, of a messuage or tenement with a backside and garden adjoining and cellars sollers and all other appurtenances, in Eton, between the tenement of Joan Nicolles, widow, wherein John Spryggan, butcher, now dwells on the south and the tenement of Edmund Tudwaie on the north. From Michaelmas next for 30 years. Rent 12s.
