Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of his former lease, to Richard Cotten, of Eton, glover, of a messuage or tenement, in Eton, now in holding the said Cotten, between a tenement late of Robert Nicholes on the south and a tenement of Christopher Norton on the north, one head abutting on the high way or Eton Street on the east and the other on a close of Andrew Windesor on the west. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 12s.
