Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to Richard Cotton, to Anne Tery, of Eton, widow, of a messuage or tenement in Eton, now in the holding of the said Anne, between a tenement late of Robert Nicholes on the south and a tenement of Christopher Norton on the north, one head abutting on the highway or Eton Street on the east and the other on a close of Thomas Windesor, esquire, on the west. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 12s and two fat capons at St Andrew's day.
