Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to John Frier, one of the King's trumpeters, of Eton, of a messuage or tenement with the backside and garden adjoining the cellars sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, now in the tenure of the said Frier. From Michaelmas next for 30 years. Rent 13s 4d.
Witnesses: the signatures of the Provost and Fellows appear under the turnover, viz. T Smith, John Belfyld, Henry Riley, W Goldwyn, Vice-Provost, Austin Crosse, William Dobson.
Doubled tag, and a paper wrapping, for the College seal, which has perished.
