Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to John Attlee, of Eton, tailor, of a messuage or tenement with the backside and garden adjoining the cellars sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton. From Lady day last for 21 years. Rent 13s 4d and two fat capons (or 4s for the capons).
