Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Thomas Halle, one of the singing men of the College, of a messuage or tenement with a hay house, stable, two gardens, an orchard and a little yard adjoining, in Eton, between the tenement of Mr Edmund Windesor, esquire, wherein David Phillips, fuller, dwells on the south and another tenement of the said Mr Wyndsor wherein William Berryngton, tailor, dwells on the north, the said messuage having been late in the tenure and occupation of Peter Hower, deceased. From Michaelmas next for 41 years. Rent 16s 8d.
