Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to John Kynge, to Anne Hodesden, of Eton, widow, of a messuage or tenement with a hay house, stable, two gardens and orchards and a little yard adjoining, in Eton, between a tenement of Andrew Windesors, esquire, wherein John Mondaye dwells on the south and another tenement of the said Windesors wherein Melchisedec Bullock dwells on the north, the messuage being now in the occupation of the said Anne. From St John the Baptist's day last 21 years. Rent 16s 8d.
