Indenture of lease, 9 January 1614 - 1615, by the Provost and College to Melchizadeck Bradwood, citizen and stationer of London, upon the surrender of a lease to Anne Hodesdon, widow, now the wife of the said Melchizadeck, of a messuage or tenement with a hay house, stable, two gardens and orchards and a little yard adjoinging, in Eton, between a tenement of Andrew Windesors, esquire, on the south, and another tenement of the said Windesors where in Mechisedec Bullock dwells on the north, the messuage being now in the occupation of the said Bradwood. From Christmas last for 21 years. Rent 16s 8d.
