Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to Melchizadeck Bradwood, to James Varye, of Eton, gentleman, of a messuage or tenement with a hay house, stable, two gardens and orchards and a little yard adjoinging, in Eton, between a tenement of Thomas Windesors wherein Thomas Seerle dwells on the south and another tenement of the said Windesors wherein Melchizadeck Bullock lately dwelled on the north, the messuage being now in the occupation of the said Varye. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 16s 8d and two fat capons at St Andrew's day.
