Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of his former lease, to James Varie, of Eton, gentleman, of a messuage or tenement with a hay house, stable, two gardens and orchards and a little yard adjoinging, in Eton, between a tenement of Thomas Windesor, esquire, deceased, wherein Thomas Searle now dwells on the south and a tenement late of the said Thomas Windesor wherein Melchizedeck Bullok lately dwelt on the north, the said messuage being now in the occupation of the said Varie. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 16s 8d and two fat capons on St Andrew's day.
