Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to George Ferryngton, of Eton, butler, of a messuage or tenement with stable, backside and garden adjoining and all cellars, sollers, and other appurtenances, in Eton, now in the tenure and occupation of the said George, between the tenement of Mr Edmund Windesor, esquire, wherein Thomas Smyth, glover, dwells on the south and the tenement of the College wherein John Rusley, barber, dwells on the north and the King's highway on the west. From Michaelmas next for 30 years. Rent 20s.
