Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to William Dee, of Eton, tailor, upon surrender of a lease to Robert Rawlynson, tailor, which had eight years to run, all the interest in which had been bought by the said Dee, a messuage or tenement with stable, backside and gardens adjoining, between a tenement late of Andrew Wyndesor, esquire, on the south and a tenement of the College wherein John Rusley, barber, dwells, on the north and the Queen's highway on the west. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 20s.
