Indenture of lease, 1 August 1626, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to John Foster, clerk, late of Eton, deceased, to Anne Harrison, Margaret Harrison and Henry Harrison, three of the children of William Harrison, clerk, late fellow of the College, deceased, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjoining and cellars, sollers and all other appurtenances, in Eton, now of late in the tenure and occupation of Thomas Gravesnor, gentleman. From St John the Baptist’s day for 21 years. Rent 20s. The lessees, together with Thomas Hutchinson, of Eton, gentleman, have bound themselves in £20 for the observance of the foregoing.
