Indenture of lease, 13 April 1632, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to Anne, Margaret and Henry Harrison, to William Mills, of New Windsor, yeoman, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjoining and cellars, sollers and all other appurtenances, in Eton, now or late in occupation of Thomas Gravesnor, gentleman. From Lady Day last for 21 years. Rent 20s and two fat capons on 1 December. The lessee has bound himself in £20 for the observance of the foregoing.
