Indenture of lease, 5 May 1652, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to James Sclater, of New Windsor, gentleman, to Richard Typping, of Eton, shoemaker, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjoining and cellars, sollers and all other appurtenances, in Eton, now in the occupation of the said James Sclater. From Lady Day last for 21 years. Rent 20s and two fat capons on 1 December. The lessee has bound himself in £20 for the observance of the foregoing.
