Counterpart of Indenture of lease, 20 December 1633, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of his former lease, to Thomas Wright, of Eton, joiner, and Joan, his wife, of a messuage or tenement, with garden and stable adjoining, and cellars, sollers and all other appurtenances, in Eton, now in his occupation. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 20s and two fat capons on 1 January.
