Indenture of lease, 3 August 1654, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to Richard Wright, deceased, to William Barnsby, of Eton, brewer, of a messuage or tenement with a barn, backside and garden adjoining. Rent 20s and two fat capons or 4s at Christmas.
