Indenture of lease, 20 December 1603, by the Provost and College to Thomas Dickenson, of Eton, cook, of a messuage or tenement with backside and garden adjoining, and all cellars, sollers, stables and other appurtenances in Eton, between a tenement wherein lately John Bell dwelled on the north and a tenement newly built by the said John Bell on the south, the said messuage having lately been in the occupation of William Smyth, clerk. From Michaelmas last for 21 years.
Rent 21s 8d.
