Indenture of lease, 5 May 1652, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to Daniel Collins, DD, fellow of the College, deceased, to Elizabeth Collins, his widow, of a messuage or tenement with the backsides and garden adjoining, and all cellars, sollars stables and other appurtenances, in Eton, between a tenement wherein John Bell lately dwelled on the north and a tenement lately built by the said John Bell on the south, the said messuage being now in the tenure or occupation of the said Elizabeth. From Lady day last for 21 years. Rent 21s 8d, and two fat capons or 4s at Christmas.
