Indenture of lease, 11 August 1662, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to Elizabeth Collins, widow, deceased, to Robert Newlin, of Oxford, DD, of a messuage or tenement with the backsides and garden adjoining, and all cellars, sollars stables and other appurtenances, in Eton, being now in the tenure or occupation of Benjamin Rogers. From Lady Day last for 21 years. Rent 21s 8d, and two fat capons or 4s at Christmas.
