Indenture of lease, 3 January 1617 - 1618 by the Provost and College, upon surrender of his former lease, to William Dye, of Eton, tailor, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjoining and all cellars, sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, late in the tenure of Thomas Milton and now in the occupation of the said Dye. From Christmas last for 21 years. Rent 26s 8d.
Both the College seal and the tag are missing.

Memorandum by the lessee, 23 July 1627, that he has assigned the lease to his son-in-law, Mr David Steevens. Dye's mark and traces of an applied red wax seal.
