Indenture of lease 13 February 1608-9, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of his former lease, to William Dye, of Eton, tailor, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjoining and all cellars, sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, late in the tenure of Thomas Milton and now in the occupation of the said Dye. From Christmas last for 21 years. Rent 26s 8d.
