Indenture of lease, 15 June 1594, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to Thomas Milton, tailor, to William Dye, of Eton, tailor, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjoining and all cellars, sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, sometime in the tenure of David Butler and late of Thomas Milton, and in the occupation of the said Dye. From this date for 21 years. Rent 26s 8d.
