Indenture of lease, 20 November 1566, by the Provost and College, to Thomas Mylton, of Eton, tailor, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjoining and all cellars, sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, late in the tenure of Davye Butler. From Michaelmas last for 40 years. Rent 23s 4d and two fat capons on 20 November or 4s for the capons.
