Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to Charles Pearce, to John Oxenbridge, Master of Arts and fellow of the College, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjoining with stables cellars sollers etc appurtaining, in Eton, sometime in the tenure of Charles Pearce and now in the tenure or occupation of the said John Oxenbridge. From the nativity of St John the Baptist last for 40 years. Rent 26s 8d and two fat capons on St Andrews day or 4s.
