Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to William Gummons, deceased, to Charles Pearce, organist of Eton College, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjoining and stables, cellars, sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, now in his tenure or occupation. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 26s 8d, two fat capons on St Andrew's day or 4s.
