Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of his former lease, to William Gummons, of Aldingborne, co. Suffolk, yeoman, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjoining and stables, cellars, sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, now in his tenure of occupation. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 26s 8d and two fat capons at St Andrew's day.
Witnesses: Henry Saier, Robert Pamplin.

Seal, oval, 14 x 12mm, red wax, on doubled tag. Armorial: a chevron between three birds, two and one.
