Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of a lease to Lawrence Newton, to Matthew Buste, clerk, one of the fellows, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjoining and stables, cellars, sollers and other appurtenances, in Eton, sometime in the tenure of Nicholas Hide and now of the said Matthew. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 26s 8d.
Witnesses: Benjamin Owtred, public notary, William Dye.
