Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to Matthew Bust, to Anthony Barber, of Eton, gentleman, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjoining and stables, cellars, sollers and all other appurtenances, in Eton. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 30s and two capons at Christmas.
