Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of a lease to Anthony Barber, of Eton, gentleman, to Thomas Horne, of Eton, gentleman, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjoining and stables, cellars, sollers and all other appurtenances, in Eton, now in his occupation. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 30s, two capons at Christmas or 4s for the capons.
