Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to Matthew Bust, M A, to Edward Jobson, of Eton, yeoman, of a messuage or tenement with backside and garden adjoining and all cellars, sollers, stables and other appurtenances, in Eton, between a tenement of the College called the Cocke wherein William Charman dwells on the north and the Christopher wherein Thomas Pytt dwells on the south, the messuage being now in the occupation of the said Jobson. From this date for 21 years. Rent 40s.
