Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of a lease to Richard Floude, to John Sutton, of Eton, gentleman, of a messuage or tenement, with the backside and garden adjoining and all cellars, sollers, stables and other appurtenances, in Eton, between a tenement of the College called the Cocke wherein William Charman dwells on the north and the Christopher wherein Fraunces Dickinson dwells on the south, and all the wainscot, glass and other implements comprised in an indented schedule annexed, the said messuage being now in the occupation of the said Richard Floude. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 40s.
