Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon the surrender of a lease to John Sutton, late of Eton, deceased, to Walter Wilcox, of Eton, gentleman, of a messuage or tenement, with the backside and garden adjoining and all cellars, sollers, stables, and other appurtenances, between the Cock wherein widow Charman dwells on the north and the Christopher wherein Frauncis Dickenson dwells on the south, and all the wainscott, glass and other implements comprised in an indented schedule annexed, the said messuage being now in the occupation of the said Wilcox. From Michaelmas last for 21 years.
