Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of a lease to Walter Wilcoks, late of Eton, deceased, to Thomas Rayner, of Eton, gentleman, of a messuage or tenement, with the backside and garden adjoining and all cellars, sollers, stables, and other appurtenances, between the Cock wherein widow Charman dwells on the north and the Christopher where William Wigott dwells on the south, and all the wainscot, glass and other implements comprised in an indented schedule annexed, all which tenement is now in the occupation of the said Thomas Rayner. From Michaelmas last for 21 years.
Rent 40s and two fat capons on the feast of St Thomas.
