Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to Gregory Baker, of New Windsor, gentleman, upon surrender of a lease to Thomas Rayner, of a messuage or tenement with the backsides and gardens belonging with a cart way leading from the Common Lane into the backside of the said messuage in the tenure of the said Gregory Baker and the occupation of Thomas Rayner adjoining to a little backside and a little garden in the tenure of Bridgett Charman, widow, on the east, the common lane on the north, the passage to the backside of the Christopher on the west and the barn of the Christopher on the south, with all cellars, sollars, stables, etc appurtaining, between the Cocke wherein widow Charman dwells on the south, and all the wainscot, glass and other implements comprised in an indented schedule annexed, all which tenement is in the occupation of Thomas Rayner and the tenure of Gregory Baker. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 40s and two fat capons on the feast of St Thomas.
