Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of his former lease, to William Charman, of Eton, yeoman, of a messuage or tenement called the Cock with a garden adjoining, with cellars, sollers, barns, stables, backsides and all other appurtenances, in Eton, now in his tenure and occupation. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 26s 8d.
