Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to Bridget Charman, widow, upon surrender of her former lease, of a messuage or tenement called the Cocke with a little garden and a little backside adjoining the cartway leading from the common lane into the tenement in the tenure of Gregory Baker, gentleman, now in the occupation of Thomas Rayner, gentleman, bounded as now it is fenced on the west, the common lane on the north and the said tenement in the occupation of Thomas Rayner on the south, together with all cellars, sollars, barns stables etc. Rent 26s 8d and 2 fat capons at Christmas.
