Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to William Baylie, of Chessham Magna, yeoman, of a messuage or tenement with a curtilage and two crofts of meadow or pasture adjoining, in Eton, now or late in the tenure of John Ryman alias Bromfelde. From Michaelmas 1610 or whenever the foregoing lease shall expire, for 40 years. Rent 53s 4d.
