Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Humphrey Cooper, of New Windsor, of a messuage or tenement with a garden plot adjoining and cellars, sollers and all other appurtenances, now in the tenure of the said Cooper, in Windsor, having on the west a stable of the College now in the tenure of Robert Ramme, shoemaker. From Lady day next for 20 years. Rent 6s 8d.
