Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to John Groom, of Creeting St Marie, miller, upon surrender of his former lease, of that messuage or tenement together with all and every their mills commonly called Hawks mill, and millstones and materials belonging thereto, and the meadows and hams adjoining. Rent £6 8s 10d and 4 quarters 6 bushels of wheat and 6 quarters 4 bushels 3 pecks of malt or their money equivalent. From old Lady day 1757 for 20 years.
